Monthly Rentals in Montparnasse, Paris

Lovely stay - very easy communication and apartment was very charming and well equipped. Loved the neighbourhood. It is clearly a well loved apartment in the true spirit of airbnb, not a 'business' host and full of character. Thanks for a great stay!

It in ideal location, minutes from a metro and all amenities. Living room and bedroom were a reasonable size. The kitchen was rather small, with limited storage and an oven situated at floor level. Only two burners worked on induction hob during our stay ( co-host promised this is to be repaired), also lights missing over bathroom. mirror. The freezer compartment in fridge which needed defrosting which meant we could not store much. If you are only staying for a short stay these issues will probably not matter to you. When we arrived both hosts were away (attending. co-host's wedding out of the country). The maid eventually sent to admit us, left quickly without any instructions for utilities. There were no basic provisions left, not even a toilet roll! Our cohost said this due to exceptional circumstances. He dealt promptly with major problem of hot water tank needing replaced and compensated us for disruption. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay again.

Rina is such a lovely host! She answers quickly and is always friendly. The location is incredible, lots of restaurants and close to many metro stations and bus stops. I was in Paris for 3 months attending a pastry school, Ferrandi, which was right around the corner and was the perfect location! Would 1000% stay when return to Paris!

Wonderful place great neighborhood, close to marche, Montparnasse Cemetery was very interesting and couldn’t resist walking through it every time I went somewhere. Always new and interesting graves to discover. Between that and Daguerre behind the place was perfect!
