In a hamlet in the countryside, 2 minutes from all amenities, enjoy a stay in Charente-Maritime 15 minutes from the beaches, 20 minutes from Royan, 20 minutes from Saintes and 1 hour from La Rochelle. 35 m2 house completely renovated consisting of a living room, a bathroom and a bedroom with 1 double bed and sofa bed that converts into 2 seats. Sofa bed for extra sleeping if needed. 500 m2 flower garden and two covered outdoor spaces (2 courtyards of 25 and 10 m2) with garden furniture.

Shops 5 min, swimming in the Charente 15 min, ocean 40 min, Cognac 30 min, distillery 10 m, forest walk 300 m. Great for exploring the Charente-Maritime. For the period July August the reservation is blocked at 7 days minimum on the listing "Air-conditioned stone house rented by the week".

In Montpellier de Médillan, between land and sea, quiet in the countryside and only 20 minutes from the sea (the coves of Meschers, the large beach of Saint Georges de Dindonne and Royan with its waterfront town center). All amenities are within 10 minutes. This space was refurbished in 2024 with modern and welcoming decor. It can accommodate a couple with two children. Warm and stylish apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking, and does not allow pets.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families. Nice ground floor studio accessible for people with disabilities.
