Free parking on site in the subdivision. Montpellier is 5 minutes away by car, shops, tram stops and highway access are 200 meters away. 20 minutes from the beaches and the airport. Small but clean, comfortable and well arranged. There are 3 steps to get to the front porch of the home.

On Sète, in the heart of the Corniche district, close to shops and 400 meters from the beach, apartment type 2 (dependence on the ground floor of our villa) of about 40m2 fully equipped with the major asset of our property: a large terrace without vis-à-vis with small private pool of 10 m2, jacuzzi and barbecue at your disposal. Parking in front of the house is free and the property has a private entrance. Quiet and privacy for your holiday.
