Accommodation that perfectly matches the information, very clean and warm, easy to access, quiet in a student neighborhood close to the Jacques Coeur basin with many restaurants, and the banks of the Lez where you can walk, Isabelle was very responsive and understanding, despite my arrival delayed by the train, if the opportunity arises again I will return without hesitation

Thank you Colette and Pascal. The apartment was perfectly situated to walk into Sete and visit the markets and get some amazing oysters. We spent so much time on the enclosed balcony watching the boats come and go, such a treat have this view. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. The garage for the car was, as you said, quite small but we fitted our Peugeot 2008 in. Thanks again for a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is spacious, clean and on the beach. Muriel was very helpful and gave recommendations on things to do and where to eat.

The welcome is very friendly. Thanks to SOPHANI, very efficient. We were still happy with the accommodation we had already occupied in January 2024. The apartment is spacious, well arranged and clean in terms of dishes, living rooms and comfortable bedding. The nice thing is that everything can be done on foot. Shops nearby, not to mention the beach a few meters away. The terrace is spacious and bright, which allows us not to necessarily go to the beach.

Small gem right next to the beach, the apartment is very functional (there were 4 of us), the terrace with barbecue is just great. Access to the beach is in less than 2 minutes, it's really great with children. We highly recommend it!

Definitely recommend, great location, nice apartment with balcony. Valérie is very nice and responds quickly, check-in and check-out worked smoothly. It gets very warm in the apartment, but there is a fan and an air conditioner. The bicycles provided are very convenient, but they are a bit outdated and quite small and therefore more recommended for short to medium distances:)

On a business trip to Montpellier, Carole and Bastien's apartment was a real haven of peace after work. The accommodation was very clean and as in the photos, the directions were very clear. The view of the sea on one side and the pond on the other is just beautiful. Perfect location to run in the morning and go swimming before going to work. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Excellent stay, accommodation very well located, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie on our arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back for a longer period

We had a great time at Isabelle and Charly's place. They are very thoughtful and do their best to make the holidays as pleasant as possible. Special mention for Isabelle and the delicious sacristains!!! The studio, with a view to the pool, is beautiful, very clean and well decorated. The private patio is great for taking your meals outside while being sheltered.... We have not finished exploring the Thau basin area yet and we will return to Mèze, for sure.

Equipment for children and babies beyond our expectations. As well as the ideal location, quiet but close to all activities.

We had a very pleasant quiet weekend in this small house by the canal, while being close to the center of Palavas. The terrace is lovely! We took advantage of the canoes and paddleboards available. Gregory was very welcoming.

The accommodation is very well located, we were able to enjoy the activities next door (amusement park, casino, beach). Listing is as described, heated pool is a real advantage Charlotte is responsive and was able to answer our questions quickly I highly recommend if you want to enjoy with friends or family

Our expectations of the apartment were fully met. Communication with Aurelien and Jean went smoothly. The furnishings are well thought out and there are plenty of shelves, hooks and storage areas, even in the small bathroom and kitchen. The garage space is easily accessible and spacious. The view and terrace are the icing on the cake.
