Peaceful weekend in the heart of nature. We were able to enjoy the hot tub, sauna, and wood pizza oven. Very nice welcome from Benno who gave us all the information we need to know to be able to use all the equipment. Thanks for the bottle of welcome creamer. We plan to come back in the spring to enjoy this beautiful place differently.

Second stay with François and his wife and not the last....The accommodation is functional with good bedding. The view from the veranda or terrace towards the meadows is very pleasant, quiet and relaxing. Beautiful walks in nature to do nearby or within a radius of 30 to 50 km with lakes, waterfalls, caves, markets etc. Thank you to our hosts for their availability and at the same time, their discretion and of course for the small local pastry to taste at the first breakfast.

Exceptional welcome, Romain and his wife are very friendly. Everything is available in the cottage, even butter and homemade jam! Address to recommend We will come again

Christoph was the very definition of a SuperHost. After we were delayed by trains and missed our connections Christoph went well beyond the call of duty and rescued us - he went out of his way to help us, not only in picking us up but also getting us to our rental car the following day. You couldn’t hope for a more helpful and attentive host. We had a lovely time at his beautiful, peaceful retreat. Our city dog loved the beautiful open spaces as did we, as well as the quiet nights and clear skies. We ate in the garden most evenings - the beautiful views across the countryside were perfect. This is a lovely base for exploring the Burgundy region and somewhere to look forward to returning to in the evening. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon.
