Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine est une ville dans l’Aube (10), située à 20kms de Provins et 100kms de Paris. Ce petit duplex chaleureux et douillet est situé au 1er étage près de l’église à Nogent sur Seine. Refait à neuf, il lui reste un stigmate de son ancienne vie, les escaliers sont très étroits et raides, et les marches sont courtes. Il a malgré tout été rénové par Maytop (concours Lépine), qui l’a sécurisé grâce à des nez de marches anti-dérapants. Toutefois, je le déconseille aux enfants.

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.
