It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

Great place, great host.

We enjoyed staying at the location. Very close to public transportation. We greatly enjoyed small neighborhood feel and absolutely loved restaurants in the neighborhood.

We had a wonderful stay at Marie-Bénédicte's! A beautiful apartment, where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. Beautiful surroundings. Easy to get to Paris or spend the time in the country side. House is very old and full of character. Well stocked and host left some fruit and snacks as a welcome which was amazing. Only note is there are cameras inside the house in the common areas which should be removed per Airbnb policies.

super cosy and clean place. very gorgeous courtyard! five mins from bus stop, which is ten mins from Vincennes RER, super well placed for exploring Paris. A great and responsive host.

The other comments are not lying, I will only add positive points. The accommodation is very peaceful, with a small garden that is very nice, visited by placid cats. Virginie is a thoughtful hostess and entrusts you with her apartment full of personality, take care of it! I appreciated its relative freshness on very hot days.

Apartment looks like the photos, feels young and modern with everything updated. Espresso machine, strong wifi, washer, dishwasher. No elevator though in case you need one (not a problem for me) If you like being in a hip neighborhood like Bastille, then this place is great. so much around. The apartment had a great dining table i used for a work space and amazing windows looking onto the main street. Comfortable bed, could use some new fluffier pillows and could use some closet space, just had no where to put my stuff but I made do. Great place, would stay again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The Philippe’s place are perfectly located for those who are planning to attend some shows at Stade de France (which is in 12 min walk distance) or just getting tired from the busy city centre pretty fast. For us it took a 1h from Orly airport to the location by subway that I think is really great. As well to the city centre it’s around 30 min by direct train. A studio was fully equipped with everything what could be needed not just for a short stay, but for long as well. Pretty friendly neighbours and Philippe by himself. Always was ready to help or answer on a questions :) Definitely would stay there again!

The location was good, and we had a comfortable stay. It was hard to climb the stairs, but the view from the window was cute and nice:)
