At the foot of a large pine tree on the outskirts of the Sèvre Nantaise, you will have a large accommodation (127 m2) in a completely renovated former industrial building with stunning views of the countryside. From the cottage, you can hike along the banks of the Sèvre to the Château de Barbe Bleue and then relax on the terrace while watching the sunset. In the heart of the grove near Puy du Fou, you can also enjoy the tourist activities of Cholet.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Charming house, a balcony over the Loire.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The home was built in 2020. It is completely independent. This small house offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. Bedroom with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with double sink, shower and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We are a 10-minute drive from Angers. We will be there to recommend the best deals. The tram, a supermarket and parking are nearby.

Spacious, clean and warm accommodation in the village village with balcony and courtyard; located above a hairdressing salon. Accessible by an external staircase. There is no cleaning fee as this must be done before your departure, thank you🙂.

All on a wooded plot of 800 m² The house is located in the quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops (supermarket, butcher, bakery, restaurant) and only 20 minutes from Puy du Fou.

House of old stones on the banks of the Evre, ideal for a family stay or to set up your office for a few days in the countryside. Ability to work remotely in an office space, nearby hikes, and river kayak rides. The pool, not heated, is shared with the neighboring cottage (accommodating max. 7 people). The market town and its shops are very close and various activities can be done in the area.
