Charmante maison à Tours à 2 pas des bords de la loire, à 5 minutes du centre, 2 minutes de l'autoroute, 5 minutes de l'aéroport, facile d'accès. Elle vous permettra de profiter de la ville tout en étant au vert car le jardin de 1000 m2 est très paysagé et fleuri lors des belles saisons. La maison est très agréable, de taille raisonnable, elle peut recevoir 5 personnes avec ses deux chambres indépendantes, ainsi que ses deux salles de douches. Le wifi n’est pas possible mais le réseau tel ok.

The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.
