Excellent Place. Very clean and quiet. A few different units on the property.

I've stayed at numerous AirBnB's in Southern California for work (I used to live in SoCal, so familiar with the area). This is one of the best places I've stayed in SoCal. The location was wonderful - Montrose is an awesome location, great food, great neighborhood, close to 210 freeway... The accommodations were exactly as described and pictured (I was a little skeptical when the host mentioned "Incredible city views" -- it was true; you can see downtown Los Angeles and this morning we could see the ocean way off in the distance). Wonderful location and excellent host.

Great location and easily accessible to 210 and 2 fwy. Mike was very responsive and everything was perfect for my stay.

Fred was good host and quick response to any questions we have had. Great location with lots of restaurants and Descanso Garden is only few minutes away. Enchanting forest light show at the Descanso Garden was an outstanding thing to do during the X-Mass and New Year. Universal Studio was near by and beautiful and fun place to visit. Overall excellent location and quiet place to stay. We wish there were no Eaton fire during our visit to Fred’s place!
