Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montrouge

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Thank you so very much, Nicholas, for letting us stay at your beautiful place. We absolutely loved it!!!

Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Très bon emplacement et maisonnette bien indépendante de celle du propriétaire. Rdc très frais ce qui est appréciable en jours de canicule . Bien équipée . Séjour un peu petit mais parfait pour 1 ou 2 personnes . La proximité de la gare sur le RER A permet 2 À/R à Paris dans la journée sans problème. J’y retournerai avec plaisir

We loved our stay with Olga! She greeted all of our party as we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We were travelling with our 8 month old and she had organised a cot, highchair and toys which we were not expecting! The apartment was lovely, had all the amenities we needed with a local supermarket and a couple of delicious bakeries nearby. Local transport was walking distance and took about 30-45mins to get to most of the main attractions. Olga was extremely helpful and assisted us with our itinerary and travel plans. We can’t wait to go back!

Un très bon week-end passé dans cette petite maisonnette, calme et très propre vraiment super agréable, merci À Nicolas et Anne Sophie qui ont étés très arrangeants et agréables! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Simon's apartment is beautifully presented and cosy and as described. The location is great with lots of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport. I recommend highly.

This is a compact, but sufficient apartment for a family of three, located in a nice non-tourist neighborhood. The host kindly suggested several local points of interests, which we enjoyed. All standard attractions are easily reached by direct metro lines. The Eiffel Tower is within walking distance (the route along the river is very nice). Easy/efficient communication, flexible check in/out. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

The #1 reason we had such a fantastic stay in Paris is because we stayed in Sibylle’s beautiful, stylish, comfortable apartment! Recently renovated, exceptionally clean and well-appointed, “our home” had everything we needed and was a joy to return to after long, full days exploring the city. The apartment is quite spacious, unlike most Paris hotel rooms, and Sibylle provides plenty of closet and drawer space in the bedroom and bathroom! Having a washer/dryer available is a huge bonus. La Grande Épicerie was so conveniently close-by we stopped in almost every day for some kind of treat. We also had an easy stroll to local boulangeries, street markets and a vast array of shops—this location is the best! Sibylle helped us multiple times and was exceptionally kind and friendly. We most definitely did NOT want to leave! We hope to return again someday ❤️ Thank you, Sibylle!

Denis was proactive and considerate. along with welcoming details he also gave me the heads up about walking softly because of the downstairs neighbor. I just felt very well taken care of and comfortable to ask him anything that I needed to. I would stay here again and I will recommend it to anyone that I know that is going to Paris. I stayed in Turkan's apartment alone for a month and it was an incredibly special adventure that I will never forget. Her home had such a beautiful atmosphere, I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived- both by her and the space. Everything I could possibly need was already provided for me, and Turkan very generously left me some fruit and wine on my arrival. I didn't speak any French when I arrived, so there was a bit of a language barrier, but Turkan took the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know whilst showing me around the apartment. It was such a pleasure to live right outside (and overlooking) such a beautiful cemetery, and so close to lovely cafes, bakeries and food markets, whilst still being in a very peaceful area. Both line 12 and 13 on the metro were close by and gave easy access to the rest of the city. I hope that I get the opportunity to stay here again in future, I developed a real connection with the area and apartment. Thank you Turkan!

I loved this airbnb! I had been traveling for a while when I got there, so it was great to have a place that was so nice that I wanted to actually hang out in the apartment. The natural light is really outstanding, and the elevator was such a help with my enormous suitcase. 😅 Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised, a very charming and elegant Parisian apartment. The 15th arrondissement is neighborhood comprising of mostly locals and it has a lively yet relaxed residential vibe. Everything you need like shops, grocery, and restaurants is on the block and the metro is steps away. It is quiet at nights and I found it a relaxing change from the crowded tourist areas. Cristina was a friendly host with good communication. I really enjoyed my time there.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Audrey. La maison est grande, très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Le salon, la cuisine ainsi que les extérieurs sont impeccables. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée, avec au programme : barbecue et jacuzzi. Un grand merci à Audrey !

Ideale rustige uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Parijs. Half uurtje met de Metro vanaf een station op loopafstand. Na de drukte in de stad heerlijk om even tot rust te komen.

This place was very nice and easily accommodated our party of 11. The host even made room for an additional person. They also met us at the property and gave us a personal tour of the house. They were both very friendly and made themselves available to us. Would definitely recommend.

Jáde-kőként ragyogó tágas szálláshely privát kerttel, a nyugalom szigete, Párizs szívétől valóban 25 percre. Nyugdíjas szüleimmel és 4 éves kisgyermekemmel töltöttünk 6 éjszakát a házban.Cécile és családjának vendégszeretete, segítőkészsége mosolyt csalt az arcunkra, bármikor találkoztunk az ott-tartózkodás alatt.A 3 hálószoba több, mint elegendő, a konyha jól felszerelt, benne só-bors-fűszerek.A fürdők tiszták, a nagyobbik rendkívül tágas, a kád kisgyermeknek szinte medence.Talán részemre nagyobb testsúllyal a matrac nagyon puha.A reggeli beszerzése a szálláshelytől 5 perc távolsága (Boulangerie, Patisserie, szupermarket és a csütörtöki termelői piac a közelben). Parkolas a szomszédos utcában ingyenes. A házigazda kutyája barátságos, néha átjár az elkerített kertbe, de minket nem zavart, a gyermek a kutyát nagyon szerette.A nappaliban tv, Netflix, YouTube, a kanapé a kisgyermek kedvence.Ajánlom azoknak, akik szeretik a nyugalmat, a csendet.Negatívumot nem tudnék felhozni.Visszajövünk!

Très bon logement,très joliment décoré avec la toile de Jouy (papier peint,coussin ..) très bien équipé. Très bon accueil par le gérant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Je recommande.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

Wir haben unser Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Es liegt sehr ruhig in einer schönen Gegend. Mit Uber dauert es ca. 30 Minuten bis Zentrum von Paris. Das Haus entspricht ganz genau der Beschreibung. Es ist sehr geräumig, schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefüllt. Die Kommunikation mit Matthieu hat immer reibungslos funktioniert. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
