Close to the Chinon vineyard and the medieval city, your cottage is conveniently located for discovering Touraine and its architectural gems (Saché, Rigny-Ussé, Villandry, Amboise, Chenonceau, Blois, Chambord).

Fully renovated cottage in former stables

Located 2 km from the village of Montlouis-sur-Loire, on the Loire bike path, the "Joly gîte" was completely restored in 2021. It will be the perfect base from which to discover Touraine, the Loire, its castles, and its vineyards. You will be 20 minutes from the historic center of Tours, 10 minutes from Amboise and 45 minutes from Beauval Zoo. The 125 m2 cottage sleeps 8. Outside, you will enjoy two southwest-facing terraces, a petanque court and a 600 m2.

You will enjoy a sunny terrace and the 6000 m² garden. We will be happy to welcome you and share our knowledge of the Touraine with you (many tourist brochures available in the house).
