L'accès aux pistes et le retour se font skis aux pieds.

Rare aux Arcs, calme, charme et dépaysement pour cet appartement avec terrasse et jardin dans un chalet bois mitoyen. A pratiquer en hiver, mais aussi en été ou en intersaisons. Le chalet est accessible à ski par la piste bleue du Bois de Saule qui relie Arc 1600 à la gare intermédiaire du funiculaire. Nombreux sentiers de randonnée accessibles directement depuis le chalet. Accès direct à la piste VTT d'enduro "La 8" qui descend d'Arc 1600 à Bourg-Saint-Maurice. 800m de dénivelé !

Studio mezzanine de 27 m2 pour 4 personnes (idéal 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Situé au 3ème et dernier étage, quartier des Chavonnes Hautes. L'appartement est très proche des pistes (env. 100M de Roche Noire) et le retour ski aux pieds est possible en hiver selon enneigement. Vue du balcon magnifique et couchés de soleil inoubliables. Calme assuré (peu de circulation). Le club des Galopins est à environ 150 mètres comme l'ESF. Centre station 3 minutes à pied.
