Completely relax! Even if you are here for business. Cutthroat Cove is near the entrance to the Air Force Academy but feels like you are living in the woods. Private entrance (with stairs), parking space, one bedroom, one bath with a large living room area. The mini kitchen features a dishwasher, mini-fridge, toaster oven and microwave. What a gem! Pinecrest Perch was perfect for our family of 4. The location is beautiful and peaceful with a creek running behind it. We even saw deer and a fox right from the porch. Everything was as described, and the host, Elizabeth, was helpful and always proactive with communication. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I know she would have taken care of things for us. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Colorado in the future.

When we arrived and opened the door, we all literally said "WOW" at the welcome we received. There was soft music playing, all the lights were on, and cookies on the counter with a welcome note. It was very evident that Charli and Mike went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The whole house was tidy, clean, and we loved the large supply of towels and washcloths provided. We have never had that many before. My friend and I also loved the fact that there is a second living room on the lower level that we could escape to and chat while our husbands talked boy talk in the upper level living room. We have rented multiple houses throughout the years and this one is definitely up there at the top as one of our favorites!

Shelly’s place was absolutely wonderful! It was a beautiful and secluded location in the mountains. But it was also easy to find and close enough to town. We enjoyed the privacy, how well thought out the house was designed, and all the wonderful amenities of the house. Shelly was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Brooke's instructions and information for the cabin were very helpful. She is a communicative and accommodating host (: From the stargazing dome to hot tub to the loft area upstairs - it made for the perfect getaway!! We hope to come back again!!
