Welcome to André's workshop, an independent guest room in a renovated old plum oven on our property. 36 m2 room with queen size bed 160 x 200. Bathroom with shower and sink, towels provided. Independent toilet. Dining area with Tassimo coffee machine, mini fridge and microwave. Private outdoor terrace. Breakfast included (week in room, weekend at table d'hôtes) and possibility of meals at table d'hôtes (Vegetarian possible). Private jacuzzi session possible with extra charge

Composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet, this accommodation located on the 1st floor is bright. It has an independent entrance. During your stay, you can enjoy the park and its century-old trees, as well as the various shaded terraces. Welcome to Nérac!

"La petite Roche" country cottage

Small 20 m2 house, in the countryside. Carefully restored, it includes a living room equipped with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a warm chalet-style bathroom. It has a wood-burning stove. It benefits from a shaded area equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture and a space that opens onto a wide countryside landscape. A stream along the meadow, hiking trails and the nearby medieval village invite you to take a walk.
