A powerfull wifi is provided. Please note that it's a 2ndFLOOR without lifter. Sofa bed with Mermory foam mattress.

Situato in un condominio tranquillo, con entrata indipendente il mio alloggio è a 10' a piedi dalla stazione FS e quindi molto comodo per chi deve andare a Milano e a RHO FIERA(35').Inoltre è a 15'dall'inizio della zona pedonale (centro) e a 5'dalle fermate degli autobus. L'alloggio è adatto sia a singoli che a coppie e a chi viaggia per lavoro. Parcheggio libero nella via. In zona ci sono diversi negozi, bar, ristoranti e un supermercato. Das Appartement am Corso Milano ist gut erreichbar nur 200 m vom Bahnhof Monza entfernt. Die Ausstattung entsprach genau meinem Stil. Gleich zu Beginn durfte ich die Gastgeberin Valentina persönlich kennenlernen. Eine warmherzige Geste!! Paolo ist sehr kommunikativ und gab tolle Anweisung für die Gegend von Monza. Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde für den nächsten Aufenthalt mich für das Appartement nochmal entscheiden. Grazie mille!

Cozy Apartment with Private Garden

The spacious flat is located around 2km (or a 20min walk) east of the city center. It's part of a residential complex, but still quite calm and private. Free street parking is possible in front or close-by (watch out for the street side, one day per week prohibited). I always found a spot. The kitchen is fully equipped, incl. fridge and freezer. The bedroom has a large and comfortable bed, plus a wardrobe rail with hangers, and can be completely darkened. There is no air conditioning, but it was surprisingly cool despite 30 degrees outside. The garden is a pleasant retreat, like the small terrace. You can work well in the garden with a notebook, possibly even with slight rain (the roofing in the garden is maybe not 100% watertight). There is also a dedicated study room where one can work, too. Remark: There is no TV, but quite a lot of books and games to choose from. I would immediately rent it again when I'm in Monza, for (remote) work or for leisure. Michele as co-host was great.

Ich habe selten eine so luxuriöse, saubere und perfekt gepflegte Unterkunft erlebt wie bei Massimo. Schon beim Betreten spürt man, mit wie viel Liebe zum Detail alles eingerichtet wurde – stilvoll, hochwertig und unglaublich gemütlich. Alles war blitzsauber, ordentlich und genau so, wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar besser! Die Privatsphäre wird absolut respektiert, und trotzdem ist Massimo jederzeit erreichbar und ein großartiger Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Es war ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Abschalten und Genießen. Ich finde kaum Worte, um auszudrücken, wie begeistert ich bin – hier stimmt einfach alles. Für mich war es nicht nur ein Aufenthalt, sondern ein echtes Erlebnis. Selbst fünf Sterne reichen kaum aus, um diese Unterkunft angemessen zu bewerten. Absolute Empfehlung – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Lovely place to stay. Elisabetta was really helpful and always caring about us. The appartement was very easily accessible and felt very safe to stay at, even with kids. I’m looking forward to coming back when I come back to Milan. Thanks for everything!
