In addition to the modern amenities & the cozy atmosphere of the apartment, the spacious sun terrace invites you to fully enjoy your vacation and leave everyday life behind.

Discover an exceptional tranquility and warmth in the clay-crafted dyke sheep house of the dyke bunny farm. Here you can watch the sheep on the dike from the kitchen table and enjoy the calming course of the Jümme from the bed. On cold days, a small fireplace warms you, in addition to the underfloor heating. Two large patio doors open the space and the view into the vast expanse of Hammrich. Due to the orientation of the house, you are completely on your own despite the proximity to the main building.

Personal details tell the story of this house with special charm. The quiet, spacious garden invites you to relax. Centrally located between Evenburg and Phillipsburg castles, the apartment offers great cycling and hiking trails & shopping facilities within walking distance. The center of Leeran is about 1.5 km away.

The cottage is located in a quiet cul-de-sac location on the Ihler Meer. Shopping, pharmacy, the monastery of the Ihlower Forest, as well as the swimming beach of the Ihler Meer can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bike. Ihlowerfehn is an ideal location to explore all of East Frisia. Various coastal regions can be reached in about 45 minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity is a restaurant with beer garden as well as a beautiful playground.

You will receive your guest card from us upon arrival.

This quaint apartment invites you to relax and enjoy. In the middle of the countryside next to a cow meadow is the best place to relax. The area can be explored on foot or by bike. On cold days, you can make yourself wonderfully comfortable in front of the pellet stove. The cities of Leer and Papenburg are in the area and invite you to stroll, shop or visit a restaurant.

The apartment is modernly decorated and offers everything you need for a nice time in East Frisia.
