The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

This is where your vacation begins - just to feel good! Quiet, sunny location with private garden, 1 room apartment with combined living/sleeping room for max. 3 guests, furnished in a modern country house style with all comforts, complete kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower/toilet. From May to October, all mountain railways in Oberstdorf & Kleinwalsertal are included daily. Families & children welcome, linens & towels are provided, pets on request. The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

Our traditional country house has been welcoming guests for over 20 years. Unlimited cable car rides: In summer (05/01-11/09) all our guests can ride the mountain railway free of charge during their stay. Linens and towels are included.
