Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
