Monthly Rentals in Moravia

We really enjoyed our stay in Tully! It was well priced and the space was spacious for our entire family. We had everything we needed for a great stop on our Northeast vacation!

Jerry's place was very easy to find, and in a great location for my business trip. The studio apartment was immaculate (excellent job by his cleaner!) and well supplied with all the conveniences and appliances needed- the photo I saw didn't show a microwave, but I was happy to find one there. The shower? Bliss. Great pressure and ultra-modern style. Other reviewers have mentioned the street noise, but I've lived in a city before and had no problem falling asleep. Two fans and an air conditioner kept the place at a comfortable temperature. For me, as a mobility-challenged person, the apartment wasn't as good a fit as hoped. The stairs to the second floor are moderately steep with a turn at the top, and the mattress is lower than usual making it difficult for me to get up from the bed. If you have physical issues that way, just be aware of this and make your own determination. Also, one tenant has a cat, and if you have an allergy to them, you'll want to know that.

Jessica communicated very quickly and left very clear, reasonable instructions on where everything was and how she would like you to leave the place when you check out. Would recommend the place and the owner highly!

Aurora is an upscale town with beautiful architecture and long history surrounded by rolling farm land. Sharon's place was 4 minutes from town. I was there with a bandmate for a show and appreciated the separate bedrooms. I wasn't clear on how to get in but Sharon came in two minutes and got us set. We had a pleasant stay.
