I offer my guests a cozy, modern loft apartment located in the family home, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The large garden is also available to my guests. Great starting point for visiting "our" picturesque lake, Milan, and neighboring Switzerland with Lugano.

Lake in Blue - XS, double room, private bathroom

At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

Romantic, small 2-room rustic lovingly furnished in Caneggio is located in a sunny location  in the Muggiotal at 555 m above sea level, above Mendrisio. Great hiking area. Floor size of 16 m² each.  Dogs are welcome. Please contact us in advance. No parking is available right in front of the house. Access possible (without parking option - only stopover to unload luggage). For details, see "Guest access". Only suitable for people who are good walkers. Shopping right in the village.

It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Upon reservation, it offers breakfast, lunch and dinner service, as well as boat-renting and limousine taxi boats.

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. Welcome to our villa near Lake Como, nestled in the charming city of Valbrona, celebrated for biking, climbing, hiking and much more. Our apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
