Cottage in a quiet location in the terraced village of Vickleby on southern Öland. The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Fresh cottage with air heat pump for heating/cooling near Beijershamn Nature Reserve, Vickleby noble deciduous forest, Haga Park swimming area and Öland's herb garden. Close to much of what makes Öland unique. Fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower, TV and WiFi, bedroom with double bed 160 cm. On the property, there are two cottages, one of which is occupied by us, the owners. The cottage we rent is best suited for two, but there are four beds with sofa bed (140 cm) in the living room and double bed (160 cm) in the bedroom. Bed linens/towels can be rented.

The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Smålandstorpet

Välkommen till Torestorps Drängstuga - ett urgammalt hus i hjärtat av Småland! Här bor verklighetens sagor, hjältar, kärlek, hårt arbete och fest i väggarna. Huset är ca 100 m2 stort i två plan och ligger ett stenkast från en större mangårdsbyggnad mitt ute på landet i de småländska skogarna. Du tar dig till Kalmar och Öland på 30-60 minuter och till Nybro för att handla på tio. Det finns duntäcken, en vedeldad kamin, en bastu i skogen och katten Doris bor gärna hos dig om du vill ha sällskap.

Ocean front modern cottage

Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Charming cottage in historic art village Vickleby

Stay in the idyllic Öland village of Vickleby, known for its creative residents and awarded Öland village of the year 2017. Less than 200 m away is restaurant Bo Pensionat and Capellagården, Carl Malmsten's famous art school. With alvaret just around the corner, amazing nature experiences are at your fingertips. The cottage, which currently hosts 2-3 people, has its own patio, kitchen and a very basic bathroom (outside access only) with shower and WC.

Stuga i Eriksöre som har rum med bäddsoffa, trinettkök, kylskåp och frysfack, sovrum med 3 bäddar, toalett med dusch. Veranda med utsikt över Kalmarsund. Eriksöre ligger ca 6 km från Färjestaden söderut och är utmärk utgångspunkt för cykelutflykter och promenader. Många stränder med fina bad finns på nära håll. Golfbanor såsom Grönhögen, Saxnäs, Ekerum och Kalmar nås inom 30 min med bil. Den välbekanta fågelstationen Ottenby nås med bil inom 40 min.

Quiet and scenic area on the bare limestone landscape of south Öland. Free parking space and a harbor for smaller boats are available. Dogs are allowed after request.

Öland, Karlevi-charmigt kalkstenshus i ölandsby

Karlevi är en mysig öländsk by som ligger intill landborgskanten ca 10 km söder om Ölandsbron. Under våren är den lilla bygatan mellan Karlevi och Eriksöre en välbesökt sträcka med sina blommande sluttningar och väldoftande syrenbuskar. Byn ligger i Södra Ölands odlingslandskap som är ett världsarv.

Bo bekvämt på landet

Nyrenoverat hus med fullt utrustat kök på baksidan av vår sommarstuga. Stor naturskön tomt omgiven av björkar med fågelliv och regelbundna påhälsningar av rådjur. Bra läge för att utforska Öland och Kalmar eller varför inte slappna av i en lugn trädgård och bekväm stuga.
