Holiday rentals with a patio in Morciano di Leuca

It was such a pleasure to spend a few days at this hidden gem, hosted by Emanuele, his wife Laura, sister Giulia, and parents Simonetta and Tomasso, all of whom made us feel right at home. We were spoiled by the daily breakfasts they prepared, and Emanuele provided many great local recommendations for us. The pool and surroundings are so peaceful, and the room was very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better place to explore Salento from, or for more generous and welcoming hosts!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Andrea's accommodation is on the third floor on the top of the building, it is very spacious for two people, you have a washing machine on the terrace, very convenient with the necessary for ironing. Down at 50 m you have a supermarket for shopping, a pastry cafe (excellent) and it is very easy to find a place to park around. I would recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. We had a lovely stay in Lecce, thanks to Marion. She was extremely kind and welcoming, and went above and beyond by providing thoughtful, detailed recommendations that truly enhanced our experience. She checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, which we appreciated so much. The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and full of character, and such a peaceful place to return to after exploring the city. Unfortunately, we had to leave earlier than planned due to a long drive and poorly timed flights on our part, but we truly wish we could have stayed longer. This was a 10/10 experience, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommend!!

we were blown away with the apartment, the terrace and view were amazing, very well equipped with everything you need, check in was so easy, Tonia's communication was excellent, one problem, we wish we could of stayed longer.

A great apartment in a great location. It was a quick walk down to the marina and into the old town as well. There was a beautiful view of the sea and lovely garden as well. The host was very responsive and always made sure we had no problems. Check in and check out was very easy, and we were met by Alfonso for check in and he showed us around the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment itself came with everything you would need; it was spacious, cool and clean. There is also a dedicated parking spot. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for four nights and had a great experience. The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, quiet, and well-organized. The bedroom had automatic blinds that made it completely dark, which really helped us sleep. The host was thoughtful and responsive, leaving us local biscuits, coffee, water, and basic kitchen supplies. She also sent helpful tips for nearby restaurants and beaches. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. A comfortable stay overall — we’d recommend it to other couples visiting Gallipoli.

The small apartment is really fantastic. The upstream street hardly bothered us, as the view of the sea and the dune landscape - both in stormy rainy weather and in sunshine is simply fantastic. We gladly took the slightly longer path to restaurants and shopping facilities (walking distance about 20-30 minutes) as the occasion for extensive morning walks by the sea and through the (seasonal) still somewhat sleepy streets of the vacation, weekend and summer cottages shaped Torre di San Giovanni. Overall a great starting point for trips to the whole of Salento. As often described, the apartment is well equipped with the small kitchen, we didn't miss anything here at all. The communication with Emanuela and her parents is exemplary. We could not all try the restaurant tips, we had helpful and effective answers after 30 minutes at the latest! Thank you for these unforgettable days!!!

Beautiful and very peaceful place within the old town of Nardo with everything in walking distance. Lovely courtyard & very friendly and helpful host.

There were two of us staying at the place for six nights and more than satisfied. May is before the season, so we were alone in the entire street. The terrace is a dream, but visible to the neighbors. Because we were alone, this was nothing difficult. We highly recommend the apartment, Fernando was a great host and was always easily accessible and friendly!

Maria and her husband were hosts who, with great kindness and discretion, welcomed us to a magnificent residence by the sea: clean, well organized and with practically private access to the sea. 50 steps separate you from a bright cliff from which you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing view from the splendid equipped terrace. The private parking facilitates travel from a location that remains close (5/20 mins) to many wonderful beaches. Wonderful vacation also thanks to this incredible house.

A lovely villa in a quiet location. 5 minutes drive away from restaurants and shops. The villa is a little rustic internally and lacks some home comforts. The outside area is stunning with lovely sea views. We had a restful stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Of all our European travels over the last few years this is perhaps the best apartment we have stayed at! Incredible location with tons of character. Bonus: breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace! Comfy beds (1 Firmer & 1 Memory Foamlike) and excellent AC when you need it. This apartment is close to everything in Old Town, great shops and restaurants and you can catch a bus and be at a beautiful beach in less than 30 minutes ☀️ Emanuela is an excellent host and was prompt in her responses to any of our communications. Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Matteo's place was great! Walkable to the beach/marina, lots of different restaurants, old town, etc. We even found some hidden stair paths up to old town that made the trek easier since there's a lack of sidewalks. The place itself had laundry which was super helpful, and was very clean and spacious. No full kitchen, but the fridge, microwave, and coffee machine were all we needed. We don't speak much Italain, but Matteo's mom was still quite helpful with checkin, and Matteo was super responsive. Bonus, there were land turtles in the backyard, and a stunning view of old town! AC worked great too.

We had a wonderful stay in this tastefully renovated apartment! The quiet location was perfect for relaxation and recreation. The furnishings left nothing to be desired - we immediately felt at home. The warm welcome by Giusy on site enriched our stay and she was always approachable for us. The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the surroundings with the rental car and the nearby beaches are fantastically beautiful. Thank you Pasquale and Paolo for the welcome and the stay. Everything was perfect! The apartment already looked nice in photos but it was even better in real life. The decor, the shower, and the kitchen had been redone. They had planned everything necessary for our stay with our baby: changing table, baby bath, high chair, folding bed, blender for puree, stroller and even a parasol and 2 folding chairs (which allowed us to discover the sandy beach, 5 min walk from the apartment). Parking in the garden, sea view, fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and coffee machine with pods as well. Everything was very well thought out for us to have a good vacation. They even provided a map and recommended many nice places. The apartment was also very clean. We will be happy to come back for our next stay and 100% recommend their accommodation

Giacomo was very helpful, the house was very clean and well maintained, the patio and pine forest priceless with a view of nature. Also much appreciated by our little dog. Highly recommended

We had a lovely stay in Nardò. The apartment is in a back street, just off the main square in the old town. You are spoilt in your choices of places to eat, drink and snack, all within a very short walk. You are also within walking distance of the train station if you didn’t fancy driving. We took the train to Lecce for a day trip. We loved just sitting on Piazza Antonio Salandra with a spritz and a negroni watching the locals going about their business long in to the evening. Wonderful location! Everything worth seeing in Lecce is walking distance. Sarita went over and above to make us feel at home. It can be loud out night but it didn’t bother us too much

We stayed 3 nights at Casa Giada. Large and securely fenced garden for our furry friend. The house reflects the photos, a clean and well-equipped kitchen, a spacious and comfortable bedroom. The bathroom, albeit small, was clean and tidy. In the closet we found sufficient and clean linens essential for our stay. Excellent air conditioning of the house that allowed us to see the high temperatures to rest well. Antonio was a helpful, friendly, and very kind host. We definitely recommend it and will be back.

Wonderful, spacious and very clean apartment. Amazing views from living area and balcony. Although on a busy road the apartment is very quiet and very secure. The check in instructions were clear. A few minutes to the old city where there are many restaurants. Also close to mini market. We really enjoyed our stay here.
