This was our first time visiting Switzerland from the US, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lena‘s Lakefront condo. She was wonderful at creating an at-home atmosphere and making sure we have everything we needed to cook, wash laundry, and navigate through Lugano. It was very convenient walk outside of our door each morning to grab a coffee or quick breakfast at the local hotel. In the evenings we would cook a homemade dinner and enjoy the view from the balcony. A short walk to the lake was a great time to spend a hot evening. What a magical place! Lena is a great host who thought diligently about anything you could need to make a comfortable stay. We hope to return soon!

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.

We had a wonderful time in Morcote and really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful designed apartment. The lovely details such as the guitar and the journal created a very special atmosphere. The coffee was excellent - a real treat in the morning ☀️ Another highlight was the fantastic view of the lake from the balcony - full of energy, peace and natural beauty that touched our souls. We would love to come back!

Late summer vacation in Morcote in nice weather and in quiet surroundings. Apartment as new, high standard of furniture, appliances, laundry. Walk-in wardrobe. Spacious bathroom and everything very clean. Good for two people. The tank house door protects against unwanted visits ;-) The very small balcony, equipped with two chairs and a table, invites you to briefly linger. Excellent restaurants are just below the apartment. Surroundings invite you to hikes, walks, swim in the lake. Public transport and boat dock are located just below the apartment. The only minus: Provider did not provide us with a guest card for shipping. This is because guests drive for free. We really enjoyed our break in Morcote and would be happy to come back.

Wow. Cinzia’s home on the lake is amazing. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We had a fantastic stay and Cinzia is a truly wonderful host. The views are stunning and you’re only a short walk from Lierna, with bars, restaurants and shops. Lierna was never too busy so everything felt peaceful and quiet. It’s also easy to jump on a ferry to Bellagio or get the train up to Varenna. But it would have been easy to just spend the whole time sat by the lake. Even the odd burst of rain or thunderstorms didn’t dampen our stay. There’s always the sauna to warm up in too. Cinzia also offers little extras and we’re glad we took up her offer of an airport transfer, which made things very easy! And also, a charcuterie, which was so much more than we expected. Was very sad to leave but still managed one last early morning swim in the lake before we left.
