A mini chalet with a magnificent view of the village and the pond, where you can enjoy by the fireplace in winter. 5 minutes to Ulamış village center. A Chalet with a great location 20 minutes from the seaside such as Seferihisar, Sığacık, Akarca, and beach clubs (places such as Sahil Beach, Mali Beach, Akkum Beach). You can taste the famous Karakılçık ata bread and Armola Cheese baked in the stone oven of the village, and visit our village market. Note: We have 2 cats in the garden of our house that were later included in our house.

You can spend time with your family in the gazebo in our garden.

We would love to welcome you and our dear friends to our tiny house, where you will wake up to the chirping of birds, away from the stress of the city, with your own private garden area. It has two double beds and a triple sofa on two mezzanine floors. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking. There is hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.

Our villa in Karaburun's Mordoğan Neighborhood is located in the KAMUKENT Site at the entrance to Mordoğan. The site has a beach with free umbrellas and sunbeds and is about 2 km from our house. There are more than 10 beaches and bays within a 6 km radius. Manal Bay, Ayıbalığı Bay, Ardıç Beach, Korsan Beach, Mordoğan Beach, Kocakum Beach, Kaynarpınar Beach are some of them. You can reach all national and local markets about 2 km away.
