The Little Lime is a wonderfully renovated garage apartment. Enjoy keyless entry and no shared spaces for a completely self-contained stay. You find a queen bed, sofa, and a 50” TV with YouTubeTV and Netflix. The space includes a refrigerator, microwave, Dutch oven, and a coffee maker that brews both drip and pods. It has 1 king size bed with frame and a trundle bed with two twin beds that can be utilized if you have kids or additional guests. It s best for 2 adults and 2 children. We have a full kitchen, washer and dryer available in the apartment. We also have a 8 foot deep in ground swimming pool on premises. You must be 18 or older to use and or swim in the pool without adult supervision.

A beautiful house for our family to enjoy together. Being on the water and having a private pier/dock was so wonderful! Garet was very friendly and responded quickly when we needed to reach out to him throughout the stay! The only thing I would make sure to be aware of is that there are stairs throughout the house. I saw stairs in the photos, but in case you have someone staying who has mobility issues, keep in mind that there are at least 2-3 stairs that you must go up/down to get to any bedroom and the living room area. Wasn’t a huge issue while we were there, but I can see how it could be. All in all, we had a wonderful experience & would definitely recommend!!

Stayed a long weekend with my best friends and husband for a little beach vacation. Great private spot that wasn't far from the ocean front and oceanfront restaurants, and the accomodations were absolutely lovely. Super cozy and roomy rooms, big bathroom with a zero entrance shower, and nice sized kitchen for cooking. Instructions to get to the location were well written, and the check out instructions were easy to follow. Any time we needed anything, our messages were answered in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Charity s place! She had everything we needed, very clean and cozy. Location was great and we enjoyed sitting out on the screened porch in the evenings. She even remembered that we were celebrating our 45th anniversary with surprised gifts in the fridge. I highly recommend her place!
