2 story home built in 2022. Open living room & dining area. The main floor has a primary bedroom. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one is also a primary bedroom. Theatre room is on the upper floor. House sleeps 8. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, living room, and screened back porch. The outdoor shower has a dressing area. Parking for 4 cars. All vehicles must park on the driveway, including boat trailers. No Smoking/vaping. No Pets. No parties. Must be 25 years old to rent.
