Skylark is a granite cottage with a large walled garden with extensive stone patio, exterior lighting, rattan sofas and a six-seater table for al frescò dining. The accommodation comprises an entrance lobby, utility room, smart open plan kitchen and dining/living room with patio doors to the garden and a single bedroom and shower room downstairs. Upstairs there is a bright landing with an oak and glass staircase leading to two king-size bedrooms with handsome oak roof trusses, both are en suite.

Springfield Cottage - Cosy Medieval Hall House

Springfield Cottage is a few steps away from the centre of Chagford, a unique and historic town on Dartmoor. One of oldest properties in the town, it is a warm and welcoming house full of period features dating back to medieval times, including a large inglenook fireplace. A small frontage with lots behind! It has all modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen and a separate wet-room style shower room with under-floor heating. Off-road parking (better suited to small to mid sized cars).

The Shed sits on large lawn at Yarningale. Views are amazing. Ideal space for a holiday for one.Fridge, microwave, and kettle, with some basic cutlery/crockery . A delightful one bedroom chalet near to the picturesque village of Drewsteignton. The chalet is located within a small holding with the family home close by. The property is within close proximity to the A30 and within 16 miles of Exeter Airport. The self contained chalet comprises a double bed, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Wi-Fi. We do have a number of animals on the small holding, which are kept in a separate area. The chalet is popluar with walkers on the Two Moors Way close by.
