Welcome to Södergården – a cozy accommodation for the whole family! Fully equipped kitchen, six beds and two bathrooms. Walking distance to Målilla Moose Park and 34 km to Astrid Lindgren's World. Take a dip in the lake Salsnäs (4 km) or Hesjön (4.5 km). Ride a draisine in the beautiful forests. Close to grocery store (5 km) and farm shop Axelssons in Aby with pick-your-own strawberries (6 km). Fenced plot, patio with barbecue. Cleaning is done by guests, final cleaning can be purchased. Bedlinen and towels are included.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

Cabin of 2 rooms and kitchen built in the mid-19th century, newly renovated in old style with new well-equipped kitchen and fully tiled bathroom. The cabin is located on a hill and has lake views from the porch and the two rooms. The porch has morning sun and the patio has afternoon and evening sun. The living room has fireplace. Extra bed for adult/children available. Wooden fire sauna by the lake can be rented. Possibility of fishing, berry and mushroom picking. Beautiful surroundings in old cultural landscape.

18th century Twin Cottage

The Twin Cottage from the 18th century is situated in a small hamlet with grazing animals and foot paths in the surrounding forest and fields. We have 45 km to Vimmerby and Astrid Lindgren’s world. The area of ‘Bråbygden’ is known for it rich flora and well kept fields. Bråhultesjön, 6 km from us, is a nice lake for bathing. Twin Cottage is like old times attatched house. We live in one part of the house and you rent the other. The garden is a fine place to enjoy evenings. Warmly welcome!

Slappna av och njut i detta unika och nybyggda boende (2023) vid vägs ände i djupaste skogarna runt Virserum. Naturen inbjuder till långa promenader med fantastiska vyer och fina stigar. Huset inbjuder till vilsamma stunder att se på djur och natur genom de stora fönstren, till gemensam matlagning vid spisen, insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Denna natur och detta hus ska verkligen upplevas på plats.

Spacious old house by the river Emåns beach with a large garden. There is a trampoline for children, a barbecue area next to the cozy terrace and an illuminated hot tub that you can heat yourself. Wood for the heating is available on the site (100 Sec/Basket). Bring the kayak or sub and paddle on the quiet tributary! Try to fish! Or calm down in the garden! Visit Älgparken in Målilla, Målillas Speedway arena (5 minutes) or Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby (30 minutes)

Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, tv, DVD, (not Wi-Fi) grill available. Discover the farm's all the chickens and 2 cats. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forest. About 2 km from here you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's world.
