Amazing views of the bay and close enough to cafes and shops but keeps a sense of privacy and relaxed homely feel. Easy drive to all the Mornington Peninsula has to offer..The ambience was beautiful, and Samantha’s communication throughout made everything smooth and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a great stay at Ash and Jason’s property. The house was immaculately clean, with plenty of space for our group. The beds were comfortable, linen/Fiona’s nice and warm and the background provided a lovely sunny spot on a cold winter’s morning. Ash & Jason provided very clear instructions and everything was as described. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

If you're looking for a place with great views look no further. the place was quiet (we were lucky the annexed apartment was vacated) everything as described. no Wi-Fi was a serious drawback (owner saying that most guests enjoy "tech free holidays" didn't alleviate it) mostly when I need to be connected to my home's security system. (and my partner to catch up Netflix) the place needs a serious upgrade. the TV is probably 20 years old or more

The accommodation was even better than expected! The spa was amazing and the view was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and felt well taken care of with all that was supplied☺️

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. Was a great base for catching up with friends elsewhere on the peninsula. Was so comfy, very well appointed, felt just like a home away from home. The bed was a bit soft for us but that’s a personal preference. It was also great to be able to do a load of washing before we continued on our trip around Victoria. We’d stay again for sure. Mt Eliza is a lovely and safe feeling village. Easy walk to shops from the unit. Thanks for your great hospitality Christine!

Met my needs perfectly for three nights. Well stocked with no stinginess regarding resources and amenity. Every need catered for. I was very grateful for the large umbrella provided. Extremely comfortable and quiet. A 20 minute walk into town.

Cute place, it was nestled amongst the tree tops and felt very secluded, yet was 5 mins drive from shops, cafes and the springs. We had a fabulous get away!

I had a wonderful stay at this property in Safety Beach! The location was perfect – close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was clear the host takes great care in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. Communication was smooth, and the host was very easy to deal with. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great spot to stay in the area!

We really enjoyed our stay at Tony & Sandy's place. The check-in process was clear and stream-lined and the house was just as described and shown in the photographs. They even provide some freshly based treat upon arrival. We stayed for two nights and the hosts even reached out a week prior with a comprehensive list of what to do in the area to make the most of our stay. We booked the place as a getaway from our busy life in the city and the house provided just that. We went for walks at the nearby beach, had fish & chips in Rye and played cards at night in the sunroom while rain feel on the gorgeous glass roof. We wished we booked a longer stay! Couldn't recommend this place enough and definitely worth it for a tranquil getaway down the coast.
