Badr est une personne tonique, agréable et très courtois qui a souhaité nous accueillir physiquement et nous expliquer les différents services proposés par l'appartement mais aussi les environs. Le secteur est propre et très calme, à proximité d'une plage. Il y'a des restaurants ainsi qu'un supermarché non loin. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, moderne, vaste et bien rangé, on y est très à l'aise, ascenseur et garage en sus. Badr est très complaisant, il a été souple pour l'heure de départ. Aussi, la ville de Rabat est paisible et très propre. Je recommande vivement un passage chez Badr. Bonne continuation Badr et à bientôt 😊

The location of Hassan's place is extremely convenient for walking to the main attractions of Rabat & also has a great view of the main boulevard from the balcony.

Un séjour inoubliable ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette suite située dans une magnifique villa sur le golf Argan. La vue sur les chaînes de montagne de l'Atlas est à couper le souffle ! L'équipement est parfait : j'ai adoré le jacuzzi et le hammam, et la piscine chauffée était un véritable atout pour se détendre. Le service de conciergerie était exceptionnel, et la cuisinière nous a préparé des plats délicieux qui ont vraiment enrichi notre expérience. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque cherche à se détendre et à profiter d'un cadre incroyable. Merci pour ce séjour parfait !

Bahija was great, her little girl adorable. Bahija was always available and very accommodating. Apartment was clean and smelled good. Perfect place for us to stay, will be back for sure.

Nasser , the Host, is a super friendly, fastreacting guy, who speaks multiple languages. He welcomed us, showed us the way to our private underground parking place and handed us the apartmentkeys , after explaining us everything about the apartment and even suggested us what restaurants and malls to go. The apartment is perfect located , a one minute walk to the beach!!! Its a quite a save neighborhood with lovely people. The apartment is as shown on the pictures, if not …better! I would definitly rent this apartment again when i am back in town! Thanx for everything Nasser!

belle appartement. hors zone touristique. beau standing. café en dessous de l'appartement très agréable pour le petit déjeuner, petite epicerie juste devant la porte.... livraison course, resto possible avec glovo. une voiture est préférable, sinon système de Taxi (20/30 dirhams pour la médina/trajet)

Appartement d’un grand agrément, parfaitement équipé, offrant une vue encore plus splendide que celle laissée deviner par les photographies. La personne en charge de notre accueil et de notre accompagnement s’est montrée d’une disponibilité et d’une réactivité exemplaires, répondant avec diligence à chacune de nos interrogations. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Seul un détail, minime mais digne d’être mentionné : l’absence d’un grand miroir, qui viendrait parfaire l’élégance de la décoration.

L'appartement était conforme a la description : spacieux et propre. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité, des restaurants et des commerces et des grands axes , tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Les hôtes étaient disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. L’appartement était bien équipé. Je recommande cette location à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Tanger.

Elias et Samuel sont très réactifs et disponibles. Ils répondent très rapidement et surtout ils sont très efficaces. Le logement est au Top. De très belles et très grandes chambres. Un salon extraordinaire. Le ménage est impeccable. Avec pleins de produits d'hygiènes à disposition. L'appartement a une bonne odeurs et la climatisation fonctionne très bien. Un endroit de vacances pour les familles. Pas de de bruit, un environnement calme et tranquille. Très sécurisé avec un service de vigiles présents nuit et jours, tout le temps disponible. Le quartier est parfait. Tout est à proximité, pharmacie, supermarché, restaurant. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en tramway. Merci beaucoup Elias et Samuel A très bientôt

I reserved this apartments for friends, the felt home during their stay. I can’t really talk too much about the area since I didn’t check in myself at location.

It has everything I needed for both a longer visit and a shorter visit. Netflix and fiber internet (WiFi). Incredible service and a very good location to live in. I will definitely come back for another visit at this apartment.

This Villa exceeded our expectations , truly luxurious and so spacious. The Villa was in a good location with security, and it was easy enough for us to reach all the places we wanted to visit. The host was so helpful and quick to respond and check in on us during our stay. Khadija was our housekeeper and she was amazing. Me and my friends had the best stay here.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La villa est très propre et la résidence est paisible. La piscine chauffée est un réel plus. Il y a quelques jeux à disposition pour les enfants. La cuisinière Soumaya est excellente et très attentionnée. Je recommande cette villa et y retournerai sans hésiter.

La villa de Fatiha est tout simplement splendide très spacieuse et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le lotissement est calme et proche du centre-ville. Najat, la cuisinière nous a régalés avec de délicieux plats et s'est également occupé de notre linge elle a été au petit soin avec nous tout au long du séjour. je recommande cette villa sans la moindre hésitation vous ne serez pas déçu ! Merci Fatiha pour cet accueil chaleureux je reviendrai sans hésiter.

C’est la deuxième fois que nous revenons et nous ne sommes pas déçu Fatiha et agréablement accueillante et toujours à l’écoute, merci pour cette accueil nous reviendrons .

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa – the pool, the communal basketball court, and all the amenities made it a great experience. We chose this place as we had an event at Ksar Char Bagh, and the location couldn’t have been better – just a 4-minute drive away. Gabriella and Regis were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

I celebrated my 40th birthday at this beautiful riad in Marrakech with 9 of my girlfriends, and it was an unforgettable experience! The house is spacious, and full of charm — the perfect setting for a special occasion. Aziz, the owner, welcomed us warmly when we arrived, and although we only saw him once, his hospitality was felt throughout our stay. His amazing assistant, Youssef, was with us every day and made our experience seamless. He helped us organize all our excursions, transfers, and any other needs we had — always with a smile and so much care. The riad is fully staffed with a cleaning team and talented chefs who prepared the most delicious meals for us. We also enjoyed spending time at the on-site farm, with its many animals and horses. One of the sweetest moments was when Aziz’s 5-year-old son gave us a tour of the property — he totally stole our hearts! We also went horse riding, which was such a fun and unique part of the trip. Overall, we had an incredible week! MERCI
