Small farm with a very comfortable house, with all appliances, utensils, laundry room with washing machine, jacuzzi/hydromassage bath, barbecue integrated into the house environment, wood stove, garage, soccer field, outdoor area for bonfire, diversity of birds (ideal for observation), marmosets, chipmunks, flowers. We have thermal sheets (in two rooms) with 10 temperatures to guarantee a warm bed Dead end street, very safe, only with farms.

Mixed house, wood and masonry, natural water pool directly from the Serra... gourmet area with barbecue... wood stove... With a beautiful view of the Serra do Mar. Simple but cozy house, clean, fans in all rooms, very quiet place, easy access on the edge of the asphalt. Now we also have a cozy corner for the cold winter days to warm up a fire and eat a pine cone on the plate and roast corn on the grill. We also have a smart TV.

House located at the foot of Pico Marumbi and close to the Nhundiaquara River. Located inside Chácara do Porto. Great for connecting with nature and enjoying with family or friends. With access to the river less than 50 meters away, private to the condominium. In addition, we have a partnership with Pousada Hakuna Matata, so our guests can use the facilities available at the day-use, paying only for consumption.

Ao fundo do terreno passa o Rio São João. Estiquem a toalha e façam um pic-nic olhando o Marumbi, uma delícia. Um quarto com vista, banheira vintage, sala com sofá-cama, cozinha equipada.
