This property sits 3 miles outside the town of Morrisville, on a dead end road. Quiet and peaceful surrounded by 10 acres of sunny pasture in the summer and the snowmobile trail / DIY cross country ski trails in the winter. It's a 1/2 hour drive to Stowe Mt. or Smugglers Notch ski resorts and an hour to Jay Peak. Elmore State park is only 2 miles away for hiking and swimming in the lake !
