Downstairs contains a bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room there is one sofa bed for two more sleeping places. From the kitchen, there is a direct door to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.
