On the edge of the Perche, the Domaine de La Lipomerie is a rare, authentic place to recharge your batteries as a couple or as a family. In this 4-hectare estate, the seat of a family home, La Petite Maison, a former bakehouse, has been renovated with attention to raw and natural materials combining comfort and respect for old buildings. On the agenda: visiting the farm animals, picking fruit and vegetables from the garden, swimming in the summer, and comforting fires in the stove in winter.

Carefully decorated and perfectly equipped, the Ferme de la Boétie is rented in its entirety. This country house has large common areas (living room, dining room, TV area), 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside, enjoy the garden and meadow. In the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, you can explore according to your desires (tasting, flea markets, hiking, sports, spa...). Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Our property is a former farmhouse and its outbuildings have been converted into 5 independent cottages, in a natural, quiet setting and surrounded by the forest with a lovely view of Champfleur. You will stay in a house independent of ours, enjoy a private outdoor dining area and can enjoy our entire garden, play areas...

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Our house is in the Normandy countryside, in Le Perche, in nature, close to forests, stud farms, two nautical bases (Soligny-La-Trappe and Mêle-sur-Sarthe), the manors of Perche, a Trappist abbey, and equestrian clubs. You will appreciate this family home for its calm, modern comfort (it has been completely restored) and old charm. The house is perfect for families with children, including babies.
