Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

We (a family of five) felt very comfortable in Damir's pool house. The view and the pool are an absolute highlight. Our 3 children were not so much interested in excursions, so we spent a lot of time in the pool - which is absolutely not difficult at this location. :) The path to the beach is easily accessible on foot and a sandy beach is also within reach. However, the return journey in the heat is a bit exhausting for the kids. The house itself offers everything you need - and if something is missing, Damir is always available. All in all, we liked it very much and we would recommend it at any time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is a hidden gem. While the original description was a little misleading, suggesting the house is in Rovinj (it is actually in Modrušani, near the small town of Žminj - 20 minute drive to Rovinj), that didn't take anything away from the beauty of the place. The house is tastefully furnished, the kitchen very well equipped and all bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom. The pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas, as well as the outdoor kitchen were amazing. Thank you Marta for being a great host! We'll be back whenever we get a chance.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with great attention to detail. You can tell that it's not just an Airbnb house, but that a lot of the owners' passion goes into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can fully recommend this accommodation! A huge thank you to Lucija and her family ♥️

We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

very nice little cottage, in an absolutely quiet idyllic location, overlooking the sea. You can move freely anywhere in the garden with total privacy. If you are looking for peace, quiet and relaxation, this is the place to be and in a few minutes you can drive to Brsec, where there are two restaurants and a small village shop. Very friendly welcome by the landlady. We'd love to come back

Ines' accommodation is a bit difficult to find, but the hostess makes up for it with her good accessibility and instructions. We were looking for a quiet, private accommodation where we could unwind - and that's exactly what we got. The house is very tastefully decorated and remains pleasantly cool in the summer. There was WiFi, but I actually enjoyed not having reception. It was a wonderfully relaxing holiday. I have already recommended the accommodation. 10/10!

We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

Super, wonderful place!

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

The place was simply fantastic! The large garden with the olive trees and the spacious terrace with the magnificent view of Grožnjan made our stay something very special. The view is beautiful at any time of the day - you don't want to leave the accommodation. The town of Grožnjan itself is also absolutely worth seeing: charming, typically Croatian alleys, many small boutiques and excellent restaurants create a very special atmosphere. The landlords were incredibly warm and attentive. They surprised us with homemade Croatian pastries as a welcome - a great gesture! Communication went smoothly via chat. They were always available and always responded quickly and in a friendly manner. We fully recommend the place and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful view, we loved the house! Better equipped than expected. The neighborhood is friendly and the host is very kind and helpful. If you don't mind taking a lot of stairs to the beach or getting in the car every day, then be sure to take this house out!

Bea and Jürgen's house is really beautiful. Located on a large, beautiful area, there is also plenty of space in and around the house and nice places to sit. From the terrace you can see the sea in the distance, the pool was the main place for the children and we spent the evenings in the outdoor kitchen. Bea and Jürgen live behind the house in a trailer, they always come by to water the plants or to check on things - for people who want to be totally alone, this may be good to know. Bea and Jürgen were really nice hosts and also very nice to the children and Bea showed us a beach nearby and recommended restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Hello Renato, Mira and Martina, Your villa is truly a rare find. Both the interior and exterior are lovingly equipped with many details. We lacked nothing. We spent 8 wonderful days with you and enjoyed every day in the seclusion of Poljane. Wonderful beaches are a maximum of 25 minutes away. Meri is a wonderful, sweet and kind person. She greeted us with homemade juice and liquor. Also she gifted us some delicious brownies during our stay. Meri was very helpful. The streets to the Airbnb are very steep and narrow, you should not be an inexperienced driver. It was at first not super easy to find but Meri picked us up and showed us the way. All in all, we had a beautiful and peaceful vacation with a gorgeous view.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Very quiet and beautifully decorated home. Kristina greeted us with an opulent array of fresh bakery sweets and huge selection of fresh fruit and bottle of champagne. Wish we had more time enjoying your beautiful home but spent all of our time touring. I hope the guys emptied the refrigerator. We had to catch a flight and rushed out due a delay from a truck on fire on way to Zagreb airport. We made it in time and had a lovely stay.

Very nice accommodation to enjoy the vacation in peace. In the house there is everything, just great!
