Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Morschach is located at 750 m above sea level. and belongs to the Stoos hiking and skiing region. Famous excursion destinations and historical sights are close by.

The house in a quiet location offers plenty of space for families. The region is very child-friendly, in summer as well as in winter. Sensational views of the lake and mountains. It has two garage spaces. The house also has an elevator to all 3 floors. There are shops in the village of Sattel, 10 minutes by car or by gondola. Restaurants are within walking distance. Arrival by public transport: from the mountain station it is an 8-minute walk to the house.

This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Sleeping in the greenhouse means being very close to the plants. A good bed awaits you and a warm stove lets you comfortably enjoy the time you spend with us. The house in the greenhouse is very well insulated and has a nice large wood-burning stove and a small electric stove. The walls are open with many windows. For privacy, it has thick curtains everywhere.
