Villa with lake property and great views

A modern villa with a lake plot, large private dock, hot tub and sauna. Stunning views of Lake Boren where the canal boats pass by. As cozy summer as other seasons. Great fishing in the lake. Suterränghouse where the upper level has integrated kitchen and living room for social interaction with panoramic lake view as well as WC. Lower floor has three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and living room/tv room. On the property, there are also two smaller cabins with a guest room in each, bathroom (not winter time) and hot tub.

We are renting out our nice cottage this summer. It is located outside the small village of Mariedamm in southern Närke. Here you live with the forest and nature as the closest neighbor. It is bike distance to several lakes and beautiful hiking trails. Nearby you can also visit the small lake town of Askersund or hike in Trollska Tiveden. In the square there are seven beds, wood stove and fireplace. Here you live easily with outdoor toilet and get water directly out of the well. Please let me know for details.

Charming, traditional cottage from 1926, with your own beach and sauna. Amazing sunset and view over the lake Vättern. Nice fireplace to relax in front of with a lovely dinner. Perfect for a holiday or just change of working environment. Wonderful nature paths right outside. 5min to the nearest grocery store. Close to Motala city with its harbour and locks. 20 min to the medieval town of Vadstena for beautiful history and shopping. Visit Medevi brunn and nature reserves like Omberg and Tåkern.

The gem of Norra Vätättern

On a ridge overlooking northern Lake Vättern's beautiful archipelago lies our modern, newly built holiday home with large social areas and a fantastic ceiling height with nice light inputs. Here a slightly larger group/family can find recovery with proximity to nature yet it is only 10 minutes by car to the beautiful small city of Askersund. Tivedens National Park is close as well as the long sandy beach Harjebaden. The house was completed in autumn 2018 and has all amenities.

Cozy little cottage beautifully located near the Varamon beach in Motala. The cottage is newly built and is only 100 m from the beautiful sandy beach. Nice decking around the cottage and possibility to barbecue. Parking space is included right outside. Bed linen and towels are not included but may be rented for a fee, 100sek/person. The property is simple and charming. The garden is shared with the host family. The property is surrounded by sheep and horse gardens. Disc golf course is available with 9 holes, payable separately. Kayaking rental is 2 km away at Götakanal, booked separately. Large trampoline can be find in the garden. We grow vegetables for self-catering and we have bees and honey.
