Julie's annex was a beautiful place to stay. Exactly as the description. Everything that was needed was there, with great instructions / information. Julie was friendly & approachable & always happy to help.. Easy 7 minute walk to the breathtaking beach & the coastal path. Just lovely. Will definitely stay again!

Jennifer’s place was great, everything you need. The place was clean and smelt lovely throughout. Location was perfect, a car is essential but as are most places in Cornwall, padstow and other local dog friendly beaches nearby. I left a pair of earrings behind and Jennifer messaged to check if they were mine and said she would post them out to me, she was responsive and friendly.

A lovely well appointed apartment, very comfortable, in a perfect location with wonderful views over the bay. We shall definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful week's holiday at Little Jem! I loved the attention to detail and the creative and thoughtful touches such as the art work and furnishings . I particularly enjoyed my morning coffee from a Rick Stein cappuccino cup using the Bosch Tassimo coffee pod machine! A real home from home with a luxurious feel. I think Emma has thought of everything to make guests feel so welcomed and valued. And what an amazing location! A stroll down to the beautiful beach with breathtaking coastal walks from your doorstep! And just a short drive from Padstow Harbour too where we enjoyed great food, fantastic atmosphere and even a boat trip where we saw seals and puffins! Great to be able to park just outside Little Jem too with restaurants within easy reach. Thoroughly recommend!
