Monthly Rentals in Mothers Beach

Great location relative to access to Venice beach and Abbot Kinney and associated amenities. Parking and laundry were a big plus. Unit had all necessary amenities. An adjustment to being close to some homeless encampments was necessary but all seemed to co-exist.

Loved staying here! It was very clean and comfortable, well cared for and beautiful furnishings. The bed was comfy and the pillows and linen were fresh and clean, the outdoor area including a pool and gym is amazing. It has a whashing machine and dryer and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. I highly recommend and would stay again. The host is very nice and quick to respond. Location, location, location! A block from the beach, walkable to Venice Boardwalk and a host of other activities. Andy was responsive to needs. The accommodations were what we expected and nice. We enjoyed our stay and will look for availabilities on our next trip here. Thank you.

This was a great stay. Thomasina was wonderful to work with, so responsive and accommodating. The unit itself is beautiful, even better than the pictures, which is hard to believe. Bed is super comfortable. Very clean and was able to make myself feel at home. And the area is great, literally a block walk to the beach, downtown Venice if you want action is right there, but also tucked away in a quiet peaceful area. Overall a great stay and I will definitely be back!!!
