Due to the proximity of the A12 motorway (approx. 1.1 km) to the train station (approx. 850 meters) and bus stops in town (approx. 270 meters - 4 minutes' walk), you will've the opportunity for various public transports too. Das helle Apartment bietet von zwei Balkonen spektakuläre Aussichten auf die Alpen sowie das Schloß Neuschwanstein. Es liegt direkt am Forggensee (Stausee). The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Friendly, bright, quiet Garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover in transit. The ski resorts of Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz are a 30-minute drive away. Other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are also very close. The property is located directly on the Inntal Cycling Path. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, 25 minutes by car. The train station is 10 minutes walk from the property, Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

Vacation home hiking paradise

Relax with the whole family in our cozy apartment. The house is located in Obsteig in the hamlet of Gschwent and is surrounded by idyllic meadows and forests. Right outside the door starts a popular circular hiking trail with a beautifully located inn about 1.5 km away. It is the ideal environment for a variety of activities in nature in summer and winter. (e.g. for hiking, mountaineering, cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, etc.) A supermarket is 1.5 km away.

Small apartment in Imst-Sonnberg with a terrace

A small apartment (approx. 15 square meters) for 1-2 people awaits you above Imst. A terrace is available for your personal use via a separate entrance. Parking is available. Behind the house there is a beautiful forest path via which you can walk in approx. 20 minutes you can reach Hoch-Imst with numerous leisure activities (mountain railways, swimming pond, Alpine coaster, restaurants, ski resort). The city of Imst can be reached by car in about 5 - 7 minutes.

In this 2-room apartment, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 200 cm bed, which invites you to relax. In addition, the living-dining area has a spacious sofa with a sleeping function for 2 more people. The small modern bathroom has a rain shower.
