It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set back in a established gardens with scented roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A new house has recently been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

The Studiolux is part of the main home where my husband and I live but is a completely separate and private space for our guests. It has it's own private entrance and car park. We have included all the things you will need to make your stay a home away from home. It also has a kitchen with Induction cook top, toaster and microwave. Tea, coffee, fresh milk, cereals, fruit and bread for toast are provided. There is a table for dining and a BBQ for guests to use in the outside undercover area.

We are only 2 minutes walk to the Great Victorian Rail Trail with no major roads to cross, so its a great stop over for bike riders. We are approximately 45 minutes from Mount Bulla and 5 minutes walk to Lake Eildon. 15 minute walk along rail trail or 3 minute drive gets you to the hotel that has meals every day. The apartment has a kitchenette that includes a Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, coffee machine, hotplate, all cutlery, crockery etc.. BBQ and Pizza oven on the balcony.
