The apartment is located in the picturesque surroundings. It takes quite a while to get there up the hill, but the views reward it! The place was clean and well-prepared for our stay. Good spot if you look for some peace and quiet and want to stay away from the noise!

We had a truly unforgettable 7-day stay at this beautiful home in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the owner and his wife, whose kindness and hospitality made us feel immediately at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained in every detail. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax. The interior design reflects a perfect blend of traditional Tuscan charm with modern comforts. The outdoor space is just as impressive. The landscaped gardens are serene and beautifully kept, offering peaceful spots to enjoy the scenery and fresh air. Every morning and evening, we found ourselves drawn outside to take in the views and enjoy the quiet beauty of the surroundings. Many thanks to Aldo and his wife for their caring and hospitality.

Our stay in Montebenichi was almost indescribable. Having been to Tuscany before, this time was pure magic. The flat is within the compound of a 12th century fortress village that is mostly inhabited by residents. Tommaso had stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, juices, snacks and his grandmother's amazing Limoncello! The pool area has the most incredible view with an outdoor kitchen where Tommaso arranged for us to have a traditional Tuscan cooking class. He also made reservations for us at the village Michelin-rated restaurant that is just steps from the flat. One of our favorite things was hearing the wolves of Tuscany howl in the distance - no need to be afraid - it was pure magic. We saw very few tourists which made the experience even better. Moreover, Tommaso was THE BEST HOST we have ever had while staying at an Airbnb. His dedication to ensuring the perfect stay for us was truly a standout. We can not say enough good things about our stay!

Absolute perfection, the house was lovely, well equipped and appointed. Great for me, my wife and 18 month old toddler. Lorenzo and Alba couldn’t have been kinder or more welcoming making sure we had everything we needed and provided so much help and advice to ensure our stay was perfect. The location is a dream and we can’t wait to come back.

Everything was perfect, we have & had nothing to complain about. Alessandro was very friendly, arranged a cook for us and knew the answer to all questions. The accommodation, the garden and the pool are a dream. Very well maintained, in good condition but without appearing sterile. This also applies to the entire furnishings as well as the cozy beds. The garden was a dream, everything very nicely maintained. The location is perfect - you are alone in nature, the little-traveled road is a bit away and you have peace.

This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

This is one of the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been in over 150! The apartment is beautiful and so are the surroundings. We were welcomed with great instructions as well as champagne and snacks. It just couldn’t have been better. Be sure to enjoy the tub!

This place is really special. We were really in Italy for the first time and had the impression that we were also really in Italy. Giovanna is one of the friendliest and most straightforward hosts we've experienced on our travels so far. The proximity to Urbino, where our daughter is currently studying, was crucial for us, and the good reviews that were all confirmed. We sincerely thank Giovanna and are happy to recommend this special accommodation!

Does it get any better?? The answer is no… no it doesn’t. If you want to sit back, relax with a glass of vino looking at arguably the best view your mind can imagine…. Then this is the place for you. Close to all the historic sites around the old city, step behind the walls and step back in time. There are great sites and museums all super close to the apartment. A good host can make all the difference, Stefano is one of the best.. helpful instructions, always responsive and even made a booking for dinner for us which was just perfect. Can I give more than 5 stars…. Because I would Highly recommended.

The village of Caprile was a pleasant discovery for us: intimate and quiet surrounded by nature but still just a few minutes by car from the main amenities. We were both able to take nice walks and be able to explore the area with ease. Michele's home has its own character and enjoys the influence of different cultures. Everything is taken care of from the inside to the outside. The terrace also has a barbecue station and you can take advantage of Michele's green thumb to enrich the dishes with its aromatic herbs. The hot tub offers great relaxation. Michele was a great guest.

Nice and spacious place to stay. Plenty of space and quietly located in the middle of a residential complex. Car is necessary. From Pontessieve, Florence is then easily reachable by train. Pamela has made many suggestions for activities and was quick to respond to questions and requests. It was a successful stay for us🍀

Guilia, Donatella & Antonio were excellent to deal with responding very quickly to any questions. This is the cleanest air b & b I have ever stayed in and very well equipped (lots of coat hangers!!) The view from the patio at the rear of the property is so beautiful and peaceful. All we wanted to do was sit and enjoy the nature. Village centre only 5 minutes by car where there is several restaurants (best to make reservation) of varying price ranges. You can also walk into village. If you cross the main road at the bottom of the track to the air b & b you can walk on a track through the olive trees and come out in the village centre save walking on road). Small but excellent supermarket (closed on Sunday) 10 minute by car. Lots of interesting places to visit nearby. Enjoy your stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in Tuscany. The location is truly idyllic – quietly located on the top of a hill, overlooking the beautiful Tuscan landscape. The house fully met our expectations: comfortable, tidy and with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Giovanna, who immediately put us at ease. She took plenty of time to welcome us and also gave us valuable tips for visiting Arezzo and the surrounding area. In short: a wonderful place for those looking for peace, nature and authentic Tuscan charm. We'd love to come back!

Well-managed, meticulously maintained property. The staff were all very competent, warm and welcoming. I appreciated the “heads up” from Francesco on the long dirt road approach; arriving at dusk would have been anxious. A terrific experience. Would definitely recommend.

The place is very nice and welcoming. Clean and tidy. The place is a perfect base to visit the surroundings and the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi. Very enjoyable!

Accommodation suitable for a relaxing vacation, equipped with all services (unfortunately internet takes little). Communication with Tiziana is very effective. Beautiful surroundings, less than an hour from Urbino and twenty minutes from San Leo.

Beautiful place and the setting is amazing. Highly recommend if you want to be a stone’s throw from all the major Tuscany villages and main cities with the Tuscany touch. Whatever you do or go. Take at least two days to enjoy this wonderful escape in a villa in the forest. You can hear the trees and birds comfort your soul.
