Cabin holiday rentals in Mount Hood

We had a really wonderful stay here! It’s a gorgeous cabin, and we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we could possibly need, and the hosts were super responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed it and hope to come back!

We took off for a few days to get away with friends to celebrate our 50th anniversary. I happened on the Palmer Cabin after weeks of searching. It was exactly what I was looking for. It was in a great location, lots to do and see in the area, quiet and comfortable. The hot tub was great and sitting by the gas fire place in the evening was nice. We did most of our cooking there and the kitchen was well stocked with last-minute stuff that we may have forgot to bring. Check in and check out Instructions were easily understood. Would definitely come back here again.

The cabin was the perfect location for the 4 of us gals to have a nice getaway. It was cozy, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well appointed. It has some great trails not too far away to enjoy! Sal and Melissa were a great communicators and very welcoming!

We had the best time staying at Sarah’s cabin in Mount Hood! The setting was absolutely ideal—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect spot for a family getaway. The communication was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The cabin had everything we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to the relaxing hot tub and cozy hammock. There was so much to do and enjoy—we truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal cabin and location and host! Cosy, peaceful and welcoming. We had everything and more to have a comfortable stay. Slept like babies in the comfy bed and with the sound of the river in the background. Grandma was super lovely and welcoming, coming by for a chat once in a while, giving us tips in the area. She clearly has a great love for the place and for other people ❤️

Nice cabin in a great spot by a creek. Enjoyed having a bonfire and having plenty of sleeping areas. We were all very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Chalet! Had everything we needed! Awesome outdoor space & hot tub. Clear instructions & responsiveness. Beautiful interior & held all 8 of us very nicely! Loved all the hooks & shoe storage. Everything you could need! Loved our stay! Downside it was raining all weekend so no mountain views for us, but what can you do about it? Classic oregon. Would definitely recommend! Cozy and well stocked! Loved the outdoor lights too!

Reading the reviews and then visiting Maddie's beautiful cabin, I can see why people have come here multiple times. we came for a family vacation and to see a show at the amphitheater in Ridgeland. we drove 12 hours from Salt Lake City and it was so incredibly worth it. The pictures looked beautiful, but they didn't do this place justice. The surroundings are absolutely stunning, and so much more incredibly than the pictures can show. The cabins are well stocked, the beds comfy, and amenities like the pizza oven, fire pit, hammocks and seating areas scattered around made our stay perfect. We will be back. ❤️

This was the second time my friend and I stayed here! We had such fun the first time around we decided to go back. A couple of pro tips if you're staying here and you plan on cooking: 1) the kitchen doesn't have a lot of counter space, so this time we did most of our ingredient prep ahead of time, which worked out great! I also recommend bringing your own spices if you need something more than salt and pepper. Overall, a very fun location, lots of cute decor, comfy couches, and beautiful surroundings. Judy is a great host, and was very responsive, answering any questions we had quickly and kindly. Will be back again!

The place was in a great location. The property was beautiful, especially the creek and backyard areas. The cabin was stocked with all the necessities and felt very comfortable

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was private, tucked away from the road, and convenient to so many great hiking spots and outdoor adventures. The hot tub was a perfect touch and, again, very private. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful, quaint stay at this cabin. Proximity to Mt. Hood was perfect for what we needed. Fireplace was cozy and definitely added to the ambiance. Nice clean home. Would return again!

QUIET PET FRIENDLY CABIN WITH LOTS OF WALKABILITY Extremely quiet, yet only 5 minutes away from the main highway. This is a neighborhood with lots of walkable streets, all unpaved. Zigzag river close by. The property had everything we needed for cooking. The hosts left a list of local recommendations (some of which we used) and the check-in, check-out guides complete. Very cozy. Fit our family of seven very well. Great location and we had a great time visiting the local sites.

The home was just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, dishes and glasses. The bed was comfortable. Great private location close to the river. The fire pit and wood along with the Keurig coffee maker and ping pong table were great amenities. We would definitely stay again.

A much needed retreat for us. Being elderly and mobility challenged, we managed very well. Slept extremely well. Very easy to experience the beautiful Columbia Gorge from Mosier. The wildlife visitors added a lot to the atmosphere. Especially the baby bunny. Great weather. Lovely view through the trees of the river and the gorge. Could sit all day in the Adirondack chairs and soak it all in. Rowena point and meeting Herman the Sturgeon were some of high points. Lovely and accommodating hosts.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully decorated and cozy everything was. The interior has that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, with beautiful touches in every corner that made it feel warm and inviting. The area surrounding the cabin is incredibly peaceful and serene. It felt like our own private retreat—tucked away enough to enjoy total privacy, but still close enough to explore nearby sights if we wanted. Mornings were especially magical with the sounds of nature and the fresh, crisp air. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. If you're looking for a quiet, beautifully decorated cabin in a stunning, private location, this is it. We can't wait to come back! The best for last is we accidentally left something behind and the host’s were so kind to ship it out to us !

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, truly a sanctuary in nature. We were nestled right next to a river, surrounded by peace and beauty. The hosts’ eco-conscious touches were deeply appreciated, from the sustainable products to the thoughtful details throughout the home. The kitchen setup was incredible, fully stocked and perfect for cooking as a family. Every room was spacious, the bedrooms were beautiful, and I loved having a dedicated desk space to work from (a rare find!). The massive sauna was such a treat, and the abundance of toys kept our 2.5-year-old entertained for hours. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. After traveling full-time for over a year, this house genuinely felt like home. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. Do yourself a favour and just book it. You won’t regret it.

This place is stunning-- just as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions, with an incredible view of Mt. Hood from the living room. Thoughtfully designed, beautiful art, comfy furniture, with all the amenities you need for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub was a particular hit-- very clean, well-maintained, with an easy-to-remove cover. Just what our crew needed after our nearby day hike!

This is such a special spot! So grateful we found it and we will definitely be back! So many thoughtful touches and attention to detail throughout the house, and an incredible location right on the river with views of Mt. Hood. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed this cozy and comfortable cabin. It is one of two cabins next to each other with a beautiful field view and mountains and glimpse of the river. A house has been built to the side property which is not in the photos online. I knew from another review about it and trusted their review that they still would have reserved, which is also how we feel. The bed was very comfortable and enjoyed sitting on the deck for the view. Libby had the cabin well stocked with tea, coffee, salt pepper, oil and a variety of snacks. We were in the area for a wedding and preferred to stay in a csbin than in a hotel. We were happy we found this cabin!!

This home was absolutely wonderful! We loved the cozy feel due to the surrounding forest, and felt extremely comfortable as the home was very clean. Courtney was great with her communication, and was very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay!
