This house was absolutely amazing! My friends and I felt both at home, and like we were on a fancy vacation. As we left, everyone's biggest complaint was that we had not booked it longer. We can't wait to stay again!

The cabin was the perfect location for the 4 of us gals to have a nice getaway. It was cozy, quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well appointed. It has some great trails not too far away to enjoy! Sal and Melissa were a great communicators and very welcoming!

Loved the hot tub after a long day on the mountain. Great place for the kids and grandkids. Would recommend 100%

We chose to stay here for our honeymoon and we couldn't have been more happy with that decision. The house was very comfy, the hot tub was so relaxing, and the views were absolutely incredible. We fell in love with Fernie's coffee shop and couldn't recommend their coffee and bagels enough! All in all, we loved the trip and were so lucky to have such a beautiful place to stay to start our married life. Already looking forward to our next trip to Oregon:)

We had the best time staying at Sarah’s cabin in Mount Hood! The setting was absolutely ideal—peaceful, scenic, and the perfect spot for a family getaway. The communication was smooth and responsive from start to finish. The cabin had everything we needed and more, from a well-equipped kitchen to the relaxing hot tub and cozy hammock. There was so much to do and enjoy—we truly didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Chalet! Had everything we needed! Awesome outdoor space & hot tub. Clear instructions & responsiveness. Beautiful interior & held all 8 of us very nicely! Loved all the hooks & shoe storage. Everything you could need! Loved our stay! Downside it was raining all weekend so no mountain views for us, but what can you do about it? Classic oregon. Would definitely recommend! Cozy and well stocked! Loved the outdoor lights too!

Nice cabin in a great spot by a creek. Enjoyed having a bonfire and having plenty of sleeping areas. We were all very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy the hot tub as well. Highly recommend!

Great basecamp for hiking on the west side of the mountain, very peaceful and quiet despite being in a neighborhood and pretty close to the highway, the trees really muffle any noise. Loved the eclectic decor, album collection, and board games. Very comfortable bed. Very happy with the cute historic cabin.

We had a really wonderful stay here! It’s a gorgeous cabin, and we felt right at home. The cabin had everything we could possibly need, and the hosts were super responsive and friendly. We truly enjoyed it and hope to come back!

This is a cabin with extras! The pizza oven is the biggest standout, and it was supported by a truly well equipped kitchen. The appliances are high quality and like- new. Even the dishwasher is quiet. The bathroom of also deluxe. The heated floors were perfect on cold mornings. The deck has a great view for a morning coffee or soak in the hot tub. John is a great host- he's communicative and quick to respond. I can't wait to visit again.

If privacy is your thing, this is the place. while sitting in a small community it seemed like we were alone. close enough to surprisingly great food and a mass of outdoor adventures, we are already considering returning for our next get away.

Wonderful, quaint stay at this cabin. Proximity to Mt. Hood was perfect for what we needed. Fireplace was cozy and definitely added to the ambiance. Nice clean home. Would return again!

The cabin was well appointed and very very clean. We traveled to the area to attend a wedding. The location was perfect! The dog friendly amenities (blankets, bed) were much appreciated and our pups (also) felt right at home. I hope we have reason to travel to Zig Zag again, as we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Sofia's home is among the very best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in (maybe the best?) It had the striking combo of having truly everything you could need (well stocked kitchen! prosecco in the fridge! many cozy throw blankets! record player! yoga mats, meditation cushions and many props!) and also being beautifully designed so it felt like a boutique hotel, except one where the owner leaves a handwritten card and fresh bouquet of flowers. Truly tremendous, I can't say enough good things! The neighborhood was also very sweet to walk around, peaceful and quiet. I hope to be back :)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how thoughtfully decorated and cozy everything was. The interior has that perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, with beautiful touches in every corner that made it feel warm and inviting. The area surrounding the cabin is incredibly peaceful and serene. It felt like our own private retreat—tucked away enough to enjoy total privacy, but still close enough to explore nearby sights if we wanted. Mornings were especially magical with the sounds of nature and the fresh, crisp air. It was the perfect place to unwind and disconnect. If you're looking for a quiet, beautifully decorated cabin in a stunning, private location, this is it. We can't wait to come back! The best for last is we accidentally left something behind and the host’s were so kind to ship it out to us !

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at, truly a sanctuary in nature. We were nestled right next to a river, surrounded by peace and beauty. The hosts’ eco-conscious touches were deeply appreciated, from the sustainable products to the thoughtful details throughout the home. The kitchen setup was incredible, fully stocked and perfect for cooking as a family. Every room was spacious, the bedrooms were beautiful, and I loved having a dedicated desk space to work from (a rare find!). The massive sauna was such a treat, and the abundance of toys kept our 2.5-year-old entertained for hours. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had. After traveling full-time for over a year, this house genuinely felt like home. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. Do yourself a favour and just book it. You won’t regret it.

This place is stunning-- just as beautiful as the pictures and descriptions, with an incredible view of Mt. Hood from the living room. Thoughtfully designed, beautiful art, comfy furniture, with all the amenities you need for a peaceful getaway. The hot tub was a particular hit-- very clean, well-maintained, with an easy-to-remove cover. Just what our crew needed after our nearby day hike!

Such a lovely cabin! The perfect little weekend getaway for two big city girls. We loved having coffee on the porch surrounded by greenery each morning. Star gazing at night was lovely. All the Columbia River Gorge waterfalls were so close. If we ever come back to this area, we’ll look for this cabin first!

This beautiful, welcoming cabin is a magical place to stay! We really enjoyed our stay so much we wanted to stay longer! the master bed is very comfy! The hot tub very relaxing and the game room was great for two big kids! We highly recommend Diego’s Cabin!

Nice spot to be, can get to the Columbia River Gorge, Mt. Hood, and many other sights-to-see. Good highways all coming and going. Grocery and restaurants very near.

Hands down this has been our favorite place to stay and already looking forward to a future trip. It’s as beautiful and serene as the description, it was a perfect pause to spend two nights here on our Pacific Northwest roadtrip. It was spotless, clean, private, enjoyed all the amenities - kiddos especially loved the nearby trails and having enough space to spread out. The sauna, soaking tub, outdoor showers were the highlight for us, and the record player and music selection was a treat. Thank you for sharing this special home it truly was an amazing getaway.
