Warm and cozy home from the turn of the century. Well maintained with all original wood trim. All bedrooms and bath upstairs on second floor. Appliances, dishes and everything you need to make a meal. Open front and back porches and a big back lawn. Short walk to a movie theater, home-made ice cream, great restaurants and a brewery. 20 mins to Letchworth State Park, 15 mins to Silver Lake, 1 1/4 hours to Niagara Falls. Near Class A Trout streams. No extra cleaning fee (just don't leave a mess)

Blair Farmhouse was built over 100 years ago located in the farming community of Nunda, New York. The home has spacious rooms with large windows. Lots of fresh air sleeping in the summer, and a cozy fireplace in the living room during the winter. This is an excellent get away vacation stay. Guests can enjoy the outdoor firepit, while star gazing at night. The house is surrounded by farmland and deer are seen frequently traipsing across the fields to head toward or away from the creek.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Our place is located a half mile from Letchworth State Park! The Letchworth Pines is also nearby and offers dine in, takeout, bowling and an arcade. The Charcoal Corral is about 10 miles away and has a variety of foods, large ice cream shop, putt putt golf, arcade and drive in movies. For our winter guests, Swain Ski Resort is 14 miles from our place.
