This quiet hillside home with amazing views is ten minutes from I-5 and just outside of town. The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. (P.S. There is no cleaning fee.)
