This is my second time here! The first, I was on my own, and the second, I brought a friend. Kitchen is great for preparing small meals, as it has a big fridge, and all that you need. The bathroom is roomy, and beautiful! Gardens, out of this world! The living space is limited due to it being it a tiny home, but the beds were comfortable. I recommend that the person who sleeps in the loft is flexible and on the shorter side. Everything is in a 3 min. drive, so the ease of getting to Phoenecia and all of the trails is amazing! Thank you Vivian and Steve! I'll be back again!

This place was fantastic, a perfect haven for a low-key birthday weekend. Steps to downtown Phoenicia (good options for easy breakfast, dinner, drinks, and treats like ice cream) and a short drive to lots of other great destinations. Leah’s instructions were clear and easy to understand, check in was a breeze, and the place itself was spotless, cozy and well-appointed with all the basics, and a great place to chill out between adventures. Being dog-friendly was a huge plus so we didn’t have to leave our pup behind, and there’s plenty of grassy area around for them to sniff and take care of business. Don’t miss out on a quick dip in the creek right next to the cottage, it’s very refreshing even when it’s chilly outside! We’d absolutely stay here again, highly recommend this place to all.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fil & Ellie’s place, it made it the highlight of our trip. From the minute we walked in, it felt so calm. The place is beautiful with all the amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, grill, fireplace. We’ve been to the Catskills countless times and this is the best experience due to the wonderful stay. Thank you!

Cozy place to stay for a fall vacation. We loved exploring the nearby towns by day and coming home to cook dinner and play board games in the evening. We learned that staring and ending the day early worked best for us, since it got dark pretty early for mid October and the roads through the woods get very dark. Animals are active at night and the darkness/silence of the woods were an adjustment for us city folks, but overall great experience!
