Monthly Rentals in Mount Ulla

Our stay at Raye's place was very nice, pleasant and peaceful. We stayed here for approximately 2 1/2 months. The property is very accurately shown in the pictures. It is perfect for an individual or a couple looking for a nice place to stay that is close enough to grocery stores, shops and restaurants but far enough out of the way to escape the hussle and bussle of being in the middle of everything and being able to enjoy some peace and quiet. Raye was extremely nice, personable and accommodating. He was also very responsive when I did need to reach out to him for any questions, which was not very often due to the fact he was very proactive in making sure that we had all everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying at the Lasting Legacy at the Rock. I feel certain you won't be disappointed.

We loved this Airbnb and will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. It was clean, tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Preston was very responsive. The landscaping was beautiful. Gardenia bushes were in full bloom. Just a great place for a getaway!

This was our second time staying here. We enjoyed it! We love the downtown area of Mooresville and the location is close to our family so it’s perfect for us when we visit! Great place for just two people! Looks like the pictures - very cute!

Our stay was right out of a fairytale! We are nature people and there was a trail to walk with animals (fake for archery) that the kids sought out. The home movie theatre was such a treat to relax on the couch and enjoy family time. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies and even complimentary coffee pods. Tad was so sweet when he saw us outside of the car and offered us reassurance he would be near if we needed anything at all. The animals were such a pleasant surprise and it was such a treat to watch them! My favorite part of our stay was feeling so at home away from home! We will be back as soon as we can!
