Tidy and comfortable -- nothing fancy, but a good place to stay, clean and ready for guests, and comparably priced to other properties in the area. Easy walking distance to downtown/Penn Quarter/Chinatown. I would stay here again. The neighborhood might be off-putting to visitors who aren't comfortable with urban areas -- it is a little run-down, but perfectly safe. There is also not much soundproofing in this older building, so you can hear street noise, sirens, and late-night revelers in the alley area -- typical urban noise but again, could be an issue for travelers unused to the city.

Ralph’s place it’s located in one of the best areas in DC, beautiful houses a d plenty of restaurants and things to do. The apartment is very comfortable and easy to access.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Washington, DC! The location was ideal—within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, yet situated in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to relax after busy days. The space was roomy, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full kitchen and all the conveniences that made it feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect place to stay while conducting research at the Natural History Museum. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting DC for work or leisure!
